Mike has trained my partner and I for a few years and the results are the best out of everything and anything we have tried. From gym to app Mikes training is the best and achieves the best transformation results! I have no idea how he does it, but he is able to achieve results without silly amounts of time but with the biggest benefits of weight loss and you gain strength, flexibility. He pairs clever exercises together that create the body transformation other professionals cant. So he gives quality exercise, sensible advice of a personalised healthy food plan ( not a diet ) and a workout programme tailored for you! He speaks and guides, texts and advises along the way always if and when you need. Would highly recommend! 6 stars

Mike really knows about a healthy way to get fit and loose weight. Really appreciate his sensible recommendations and attention to healthy organic food. He supports those he works with to keep a positive mindset which leads to a fitter, healthier and happier lifestyle.
