        Have been going for a couple if months now and already see a massive improvement in my fitness and shape as well as my blood pressure. Fits in easily with my busy lifestyle as I can be there and back in an hour. It is a friendly and welcoming place and I would definitely recommend!

        I am not from the area and had been on a long journey to get to Harrogate when we got stuck in very bad traffic on the run up to the Bilton area. I was so very desperate for the toilet and was close to tears when I saw the ladies gym on the side of the road. I went in and asked if I could use the toilet. The ladies behind the desk were so friendly and said 'we are all women here!'. I'm so grateful. Thank you for your help! I wish I could go to a gym like this!
