I would 100% recommend The Fitness Rooms. The trainers get the very best out of you every session whether it is rehab after an injury, maintaining general fitness or training for an event. Classes and personal training allow you to mix things up form yoga to high intensity work. They offer a truly personal service tailored for the individual
