Jonathan's professionalism and experience guided us seamlessly through all the decisions that had to be made in the sad circumstances of my sister's death. And the versatile range of services that he was able to offer removed much of the stress that might have lain in wait. We are so grateful for the patience that Jonathan demonstrated in his dealings with us, the responsiveness that he showed to our wishes, and the assistance that seemed to ignore all constraints of time and date. The funeral service and burial were a great comfort to us, and will provide us with many positive memories to put alongside the sadness of our loss. Jonathan took care of my father's funeral with total professionalism, care and compassion for me and my mum. He made the whole process so easy and also recommended a local florist and venue for the funeral reception. The funeral itself was conducted with the utmost respect to my dad's memory with Jonathan taking on the Celebrant role. This meant we only had one person to deal with at such a difficult time, but it also meant that he performed the service in a truly personal way. We would highly recommend Joseph C Roberts services.

Joseph c roberts did my dad's funeral yesterday and all I can say is wow. From start to finish my experience with Jonathan was extremely professional and personal . Nothing was to much and I'm so glad I found this company. There is nothing better than a family run business in these circumstances. Jonathan went above and beyond for us even visiting my dad in the Chapel of rest a few times one at 8 pm at night. on one of these occasions . He came to our house to plan everything out staying 2.5 hours making sure everything was perfect He mapped out everything perfectly even checking on traffic and roadworks so all timings would be perfect. His team on the day were fantastic. We opted for a horse drawn hearse with colours of our choice . Jonathan is a traditional funeral director who walked in front of the horses and payed his respects everytime he got on and off of the carriage. He even picked up the flowers from my mother's house the night before the funeral so we didn't have to worry about a thing. We wanted everything perfect as does everyone else and we were not disappointed. I got a feeling when I first spoke to Jonathan that he truly loves what he does and puts family's at ease and had compassion . ( a feeling I didn't get with a other company I had spoken to ) his pricing is unbeatable for the services he does I will not be using any other company for a funeral in the future although I hope it will be along time before needing his services again . Thank you Jonathan and team for a perfect send off for my dad.

Excellent service from Joseph Robert's undertakers from start to finish when my husband recently died. Jonathan was so helpful, professional in helping in such a stressful, upsetting time It was the first time of ever having to arrange a funeral and he helped me go through the process step by step with ease . Highly recommend these undertakers to anyone and would use again .
