Event Music Company

My partner and I got married at Allerton Castle a few weeks ago to which Event Music Company provided the evening entertainment (DJ) and Trio Vivo for the day and wedding breakfast. We couldn't recommend them enough, their attention to detail was great with a few bespoke songs selected which they were able to deliver! Thanks for making a truly magical day! Many thanks, Luke

We visited Chris and Lucinda's show room for their opening evening, in view of using their lighting facilities, after seeing Instagram pics of other weddings at Rudding Park and knew we wanted something similar at our wedding. Chris and Lucinda are really friendly and the whole process was great throughout. The communication was excellent and they gave us no reason to think they wouldn't deliver as planned for our big day (one less thing to worry about). I stuck my head in the main room early doors and everything looked amazing. For anyone getting married at Rudding Park (Radcliffe Room) the white star cloth back drop (which covers the doors by the stage) looks amazing as did the rest of the lighting we requested. Highly recommended!! We had already decided on going a different way with our music but the Trio Vivo and Little big band sounded amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the opening evening. They would be a great addition to compliment anyone's big day.

We found Trio Vivo when browsing through Instagram and thought they sounded amazing. We continued to listen to them each month on their livestream from the Rudding Park Hotel and thought they would be perfect for our wedding. We went to their premises in Harrogate at an open evening to listen to them in person and they were amazing. Unfortunately we were late to the event, which meant we had missed Trio Vivo, with the Little Big Band playing instead, but they were very accommodating and understanding and Trio Vivo agreed to play again so we could listen to them, asking which songs we would like to hear from their repertoire. We stayed for the rest of the evening and listened to both groups, who were amazing and then chatted to Trio Vivo about what kind of music we liked and wanted for our day and about ourselves as a couple. We looked through their extensive repertoire and selected the songs we wanted for our day and asked if they could learn some additional songs for the day, which they were able to do, all bar one, which would have required some additional arrangement, and so would come at a very reasonable cost. On the day itself, we couldnt have been happier, they were amazing and were the cherry to the cake of the day, with all of our guests remarking that they couldnt believe how good they were and had to keep reminding themselves that the music was being played live and wasnt a recording. From start to finish, they were kind, courteous, nice professional people and very easy to interact with, arrived and got set up promptly, were smartly dressed and of course were extremely adept musicians. We would wholeheartedly recommend Trio Vivo for anyone, in our opinion, they are the very best wedding musicians you could possibly get.

The big little band were absolutely sensational. Really got involved and felt like they wanted to be apart of the party and enjoy the music! There wasnt a point that there werent people on the dance floor enjoying the music. Not only that they were lovely people to be around when they werent on the stage. Couldnt have asked for anything more thank you guys! You really made our evening more enjoyable than we could have imagined!!
