        Never received my product, customer service is appalling. Theyve sent me approx gps coordinates and DPD say they werent delivered to me but no one will tell me where they are. Absolutely disgusting!

        Conned with old model not as advertised (June 2022) Ordered the cloud 9 touch straightener direct from Cloudnine which you can change the temperature by touch but instead received an old model that you cannot change the temperature with touch, I suspect this is an old returned model because the instructions was missing as required by the electrical equipment regulations, the online instructions do not match what was received.

        Poor customer service, returned an item which was signed for by someone at their returns address 5 days ago, I still haven't received confirmation that they have my item. Emailed and had no reply also phoned which just tells you to email. They read my message on fb and ignored it. Terrible customer service will not be using cloud nine again.
