We approached Newton about the removal of an old thermostat system in our new home, as the previous owner had fitted a hive system. On the day the technician Harry came out to assess the situation and performed the removal. Later that night however there seemed to be an issue with our heating. Within literally minutes of us raising the enquiry Newton were on the phone and eager to assist. Any electrician can perform a basic service but a company that truly cares about its customers are invested in problem solving, support, and customer wellbeing. Newton showed all these values and came out at 11pm at night, free of charge, to help us understand why the heating wasnt working. They identified an issue where the previous owner had wired in the Hive controls wrongly, and were able to resolve this so we had heat through what was a really cold night. There was no charge for this work despite Newton spending an hour of their time. Throughout the process the company MD was only interested in knowing we were looked after and had heat he even identified a possible issue with our boiler pressure levels and suggested some energy saving tips in the process. I cannot speak more highly of this organisation and would highly recommend them for any electrical work you are considering. Service: General repairs
