Having been a customer of David & Tom previously we were pleased with their knowledge and levels of service. We have recently made the move to Venture House Group and they made sure that the the move was seemless and pain free . The TouchOffice web software ensures that we can keep track of all transactions, stock etc. The card integration option is already proving to be a very positive addition. We would have no problem in recommending Venture House Group to anyone considering their services.

We transferred our EPOS provider to Venture House Group as a local business to our showrooms and we have benefitted from regular face-to-face support from Tom as well as quick response times to all of our queries. We have a slightly more complicated set up with 3 showrooms and a central warehouse but with the help from Venture we have streamlined our stock take process and managed to find a solution to our new ecommerce channel as well so overall we are really pleased with the way our EPOS is working and would recommend Tom & the team!

Brilliant service & brilliant guys! Purchased two till systems off Tom & Dave who both couldn't do enough for us after having a bad experience with another company. But both till and software are just what we needed & very happy with working alongside Venture House Group
