The Harrogate Dry cleaning and Laundry service

Apalling service, went to get my expensive coat dry cleaned as there were water marks up the back, I was told I would get a phone call back when it was ready, no phone call was made. When i went to pick it up there were new stains on the front of my coat in perfect dotting formation. When questioned about it they supposedly didnt know what had happened and tried to pass blame on to me. They said they would try remove the stain, on my return (2 weeks later due to no contact from them) they have told me they cannot remove the stain and have offered no sort of compensation. If you are to ever use their service, I would recommend taking photos of your items before in order to avoid this type of treatment.

Suddenly not open on Saturday mornings. Unprofessional as time was not taken to ensure that there was either a Facebook business page or website with the new hours on... mention it when handing dry cleaning in... or, ensure that Google and other online resources that show the opening hours had been updated. This failure of the business (presumed to have new owners) has caused huge issues for people that needed their suits for Monday morning.
