Phil Hirst Driving Instructor Training

Thank you so much in helping me pass my part 3. From the very first moment I met Phil Hirst he made me feel at ease, he built up my confidence as I had a bad experience with a previous instructor. I totally lost my confidence and I thought thats it for me, but after meeting Phil it all changed from the very first session, he gradually built my confidence, provided me with all the skills i needed to pass, a very professional and polite teacher always calm and well mannered. Even though English was my second language at the time it still did not stop phil to train me. He worked with me and adapted to my way of understanding. He always assured me I will pass, I have the ability to do it and always was there for me over the phone and text even when I was nervous at times he was always there for me. I first did a train the trainer course with Phil two years ago and found his training second to none. He has a calming, professional manner and a wealth of knowledge in the driver training industry. The course was well worth the investment as I can now develop my business further as he has given me the confidence in my ability to train pdi's myself, therefore allowing me to expand my driving school in the future. Last year I went back for more to prepare for the new part 3 test. I would certainly recommend Phil to anyone looking for high quality training.

Hi Phil Thank you for a great instructors training course. I was at first, concerned at spending that amount of money on a course. Not really knowing if I would get value for money, but I had no need to be concerned as I thought the course was excellent value for money it was so structured and enjoyable to . I learnt so much in the four days that I was with you. Not only that, your approach on the course made the four days enjoyable. Every day just flew past and you have a wealth of knowledge, and I thank you for passing this on to me. The training Phil gives is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Phil to anyone thinking of becoming an instructor trainer. The week I spent with Phil has enabled me to grow my business by training my own PDI's. His advice on franchising following that was invaluable. Don't even think of going anywhere else. Thanks to Phil, the training course was exceptional, Phil made me feel really comfortable, which made learning so much easier. It was an intensive course, but didn't feel like it at any point.
