Park Parade GP Surgery

I've had cause to contact and attend the surgery frequently over the past year and recently I've had weekly, sometimes twice weekly contact. I have been so impressed by how I've been managed. Yes it can sometimes be frustrating using the online system only to then have to call but when I have completed my enquiry on there it has managed promptly and professionally. If I've needed to then call I can let the team know why and again my problem has been managed promptly. I know GPs are being given a hard time in the media and so I'm even more grateful for the excellent care my family and I have received. Thank you so much.

A little apprehensive going to the docs for the first time since covid but very impressed with the surgery today. Same day appointment and seen quickly with little waiting time. Pharmacy downstairs also right on the money.

Having been with Park Parade for around 15 years, I've always found the staff to be friendly, professional and caring. The doctors are very thorough and knowledgeable.
