Great doctors. Having lived in Dorset for years with some of the worst doctors surgeries in human history run by bafflingly rude people, it was refreshing to join here. Staff are very efficient, professional, understanding and really friendly.

Used this doctors for over 20 years. Used to be brilliant with very friendly staff. I had a GP phone call at work a month or 2 ago where I had a small row with my boss. I then politely asked my GP to continue in which he replied "I don't like the manner in which you asked that, I don't take orders for you". Hahahahah I literally said continue

Sorted out my skin problem and fractured scapula in no time but have consistently neglected my mental heath from 2018 to recently, prescribing additive medication with no warnings and stepping back when I needed help getting off them. This surgery has let me down inexcusably at times. They simply do not care once I explain about the medication addiction. Just further reinstate that the medication Im on isnt for long term use after prescribing me it for 3 years - Im now no longer dependant after 12 months of weaning myself with no support through a nervous breakdown, visual hallucinations and severe anxiety/panic attacks, Update: Mental illness isnt well understood here and isnt met with sensitivity. The admin process is confusing and depending on whos responding they can seem frustrated for double checking youve got the right info. I have felt let down by this surgery most of the time when it comes to mental health. I did however speak to a doctor yesterday who was really helpful, listened to me and didnt dismiss me, also she arranged two appointments to check my symptoms and also sorted out a test for the same day. Its a bit of a roulette with this surgery. The staff on reception in the past have been extremely rude but that seems to have calmed down a bit now
