Im going to start leaving reviews whenever I encounter rude people now, as theres simply no excuse. Even when Im having a bad day, I dont take it out on everybody else. I went to the Collection Point as Id already paid online, but the lady couldnt even be bothered to speak to me and just aggressively pointed at the queue for the checkouts instead. The man at the checkout appeared confused why I was in the queue when I already paid online (as was I). Both had sour faces and a miserable attitude. What is wrong with people? Update: just visited 3 years later and staff are rude as ever. Sarcastic, miserable and obviously cant be bothered. Will buy on Amazon instead.

Bought a floor lamp that seems to have been opened, partly assembled and returned, not knowing at the time of purchase. Also bought "and often sold together" light bulbs to go with but they were the wrong fitting for the lamp. Then told I should have checked the packaging and the pairing of the advertised bulbs. Poor show Argos. Probably won't shop there for a while.....
