        Absolutely shocking experience at TK Max. I bought an item and there was a security tag on the box. I could see the sales assistant struggling to get it off so I offered to open the box, seeing as it was my item I was purchasing. She didnt respond but instead ripped the box to get the security tag off. Then proceeding to say oh are they are a gift they infect where and even if they werent it is under no circumstances acceptable to rip someones item they are purchasing. She didnt even apologise or say anything. Absolutely disgusting.
