I have purchased from this company just the once. What I ordered was lovely, but sadly didn't match my interior look after all. I returned it and was refunded with no problems. I dealt with two different people in the company at different times over the phone, both were professional and helpful. I will happily shop here again.

Lovely people to deal with. Lisa snd Brian go the extra mile when it comes to customer service and care. Would not hesitate to deal with them again.

Beautiful shop with beautiful things, the lady in the shop made me a coffee very kind and helpful, bought a gorgeous reed diffuser, will definately be visiting again on my next visit to Harrogate

My husband purchased a pair of silk pyjamas for Christmas that cost near on 300!! After 1 wear the front of the trousers started to fray around the stitching. I have returned the item and the company have stated they will not refund or exchange as the issue is down to mis use!!! The waist of the pyjamas are elasticated giving plenty of room. The company implied that I had damaged them wearing by stretching them! So so disappointed that this company would not help with the situation. We are taking this further to try and resolve as they will not!! Be careful spending on what you may think is a quality item as in our case they are not.
