        After not attending for a couple of years I'd dreaded my appointment today. However the receptionist was extremely polite which put me at ease straight away. I believe it was the practice manager who was my dentist. My word super friendly putting me fully at ease, was lovely to have a nice chat with him, he fully explained what was required and gave me further advice to look after my teeth and gums. In all my years of going to the dentist, today has been the best experience that I have had. Thank you and keep up the amazing work.

        Dangerous & incompetent, refused an emergency appointment for a registered customer even after pleading with the receptionist. There was several ignored voice messages and promised call backs. The outcome was a 999 call and an emergency ambulance visit and a scar for life, in the doctors words my wife nearly died due to these cowboys, they have taken NO steps to help even with after care, they have apologised but an apology doesn't cover it. I'd advise anyone using this shambles of a dentist to go somewhere more professional.
