Had 6 points put on me driving license the judge was more concerned about why we should re open the case when I work in armed forces they are not interested in anyone's hearing all they care about is themselves.

Magistrates that don't listen, now I have to sell my business and put two single mums out of work and basically be jobless homeless and no pension left Thank you ladies, your understanding of hardship is second to none

I attended Harrogate Magistrates Court with my mum who is paralysed and in a wheelchair. One of the security guards was rude and unhelpful to her asking her if she could walk on two occasions. Finally they said she couldnt access the court as the lift wasnt working and had been like that for over two years. My mum said what if she had been the defendant having to go into Court. It is basically unacceptable in this day and age in a public Court building that it is not accessible to everyone. An utter disgrace to Harrogate Councildo they not have disabled people in North Yorkshire?
