I struggled to find a traditional fruit cake with marzipan and icing for our Golden Wedding but found Betty's by Post just in time. A very helpful lady advised me on the size of cake required and the decoration options. The cake arrived on time and was beautifully packed. It was very moist and delicious. I would certainly use Betty's by Post again. (Ref: 3198036)

No Xmas parcel - utter shambles and lack of communication between Betty's and DPD. On Tuesday 20-12-22 I received an email from DPD saying that 'Weve got your Bettys parcel, however, we wanted to let you know that it has been sent to us after the last Christmas shipping date. This means it will now probably arrive after Christmas'. I was then assured by Betty's that it would. Betty's even had a banner on there website saying this and that every effort was to be made to delivery orders on time. No further contact or apology from Betty's or DPD until an email arrives 24-12-12 saying that the parcel would not be delivered before Xmas. This is completely unacceptable given the parcel and delivery date (21-12-22) were set in October with DPD as the courier. Further, the reason given 'unexpected issue' is neither specific or credible given that the parcel is already three days late. The planning here is derisory and it would appear there has been little in the way of prioritisation. And I don't want to hear the excuse you have been busy - it is up to you to plan and risk mitigate.

Placed an order with Bettys on 15/02/2021 for delivery to my home 26/02/2021. Received an email 25/02/2021 to inform me that dpd would contact me at around 11:00am on the 26/02/2021. At 15-30hrs on the 26/02/2021 I had not been contacted by dpd so I telephoned Bettys. The lady who answered my call rang dpd to check on the delivery,came back to me and said my order had been lost between Bettys and dpd and was full of apologies. Of the 7 items ordered Bettys managed to get 2 delivered on the 27/02/2021. It was our wedding anniversary on the 27th why we ordered in the first place. The rest of the order would be delivered over the next 2 weeks,Bettys, really putting them selves out! No attempt to try and make up for their failure We cancelled the balance of the order. We where under the misapprehension they Bettys where CUSTOMER FOCUSED not at all. I emailed Bettys customer service and asked for some kind of explanation for their failure to deliver the order,I am still waiting a reply. Needless to say we wont be using Bettys by post or Cafes again.
