        No one seems to answer the telephone at the Harrogate offices. The Sites (aka the Cotswolds Water Park location) have boorish staff with no customer service knowledge. Who to tell? I've tried all 7 options and got only voicemail on EVERY OPTION!! I've left messages on those which did not have full mailboxes. ummm. waiting for a call back? I'm afraid DeVere has gone to the lowest level of customer service in the past few years. I don't know what's happening over there, other than a lot of cut staff and disgruntled workers. Sorry, but I don't consider it a holiday when the staff in the hotel is rough, flippant and aggressive.
