Came with me and my mother and was only on my first cup of tea and the lady comes and takes our tray with my pot of tea, spoon and sugar and says you dont have to rush just moving your tray without asking whether I was finished with it. I didnt even have time to say hang on a minute im not finished I had to chase after her and say I need that its got my pot of tea on she then takes the pot of tea off and then goes to walk off again and i said No I need my sugars and she apologised but still had my spoon so I had to stir my tea with my finger. Far too eager to take trays. Made me feel rushed and uncomfortable didnt even get to drink the rest of the pot. Leave people to enjoy what they paid for and take trays ONCE the customer has left.

This shop is quite big and the caf serves nice food
