Did not want to really put this up but here we go. About a year ago a member of staff had a mental breakdown at the till over a meal deal I was purchasing with and extra item I wanted to be in the deal. I was asked to apologise for just saying it's ok the manager can help you. I was told I would be banned and a letter would arrive from the police. Odd I know. It never came. Anyway went in today a year later thinking what a nice day and a member of staff grey hair lady said I can't come in making reference to me. Anyway the manger calls me to say I can't come back still. I think ok whatever. But that same woman started slandering me with no cause to do so to other customers and my work colleagues were there listening to it all. I told the now manager there is a reason why the managers don't hang around d it because of toxic staff who coffee house. Frankly it's appalling behaviour Coop you should hang your head with shame. #sackthecancer
