        I want to say how helpful and supporting the staff were today when our car broke down and staff helped us push it into a parking space at the fuel station after waiting hours for recovery, staff let us use the toilets and even offered us drinks we were happy to be on our way after 7.5 hours recovery was complex due to being in a hire car complaints will be going in for that, but only compliments for the Co-op staff thank you please make sure your management see this

        This was my first time shopping here and I can't verbally express how much I enjoyed interacting with employees at Cooperative, its nice to see young employees properly trained to provide outstanding customer service, can't wait to come again soon and bring my family.

        Store area increased after lots of building work but car parking is still the same, as bad as ever. Always quick service by staff though.
