        Katja upgraded my desktop hard drive; set up an external backup; and sorted various glitches including my emails not syncing. Ive used pc guys before, and they can be a bit superior - Katja explained things in easy terms and was still professional.

        I called Katja when I reset my PC and was struggling to reload the apps that I lost in the process. She came round within 24 hours and soon had everything up and running again. When I need further computer advice I will certainly use PC Harmony again
