The IT Gentleman

As a business we started working with Nick around 4 months ago and I really don't know how we ever coped without him. He is so knowledgeable, friendly and always bends over backwards to help. I recently moved home and was let down by my internet provider and within less than 24 hours Nick had found a temporary solution so that I could keep working. I highly recommended Nick to anyone needing IT support!

Nick initially came to set up a new wireless printer which he did most efficiently and professionally. After discussion I decided a new computer was needed. He located a suitable laptop for my needs which he bought and set up. At all times he was prepared to explain what he was doing and offer support as I am not tech savvy. I have no qualms in recommending Nick for any IT needs and will certainly be contacting g him to come and teach my wife and I about improving our use of both computer and mobile phones.

Nick was amazing and so helpful. I went to him with my computer problems and desire to get a new laptop with zero idea of what I needed and he sorted it out straight away. The whole process of sending me the recommendations and to setting it up for me was flawless. Cant recommend enough. Turn around was fantastic.
