        Every time we go here there is some issue today's one was ...here was a massive puddle of water outside the front door and then at the bottom of the ramp there was a wooden pallet. The pallet was broken and had a nail sticking out. Making it a health and safety risk especially for children and also making it extremely difficult to get a pushchair over the pallet on to the ramp. I tried to get my toddler over the ramp so he didn't stand on the nail and then tried to navigate my pushchair over the broken pallet and water. Two members of staff were stood inside watching and neither of them made any attempts to offer to help

        Lovely soft play with great cafe. There is lots to do and it's very clean. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. You need to book before you come, which is very easy online.

        Absolutely appalling, only short time allowed in the play village. Play village was unkept and disgraceful. Clothes all on the floor, play shop with nothing in it. Toys everywhere, no care had been taken and it was just awful. Really disappointed after driving such a long way to play here.
