On entering no one greets you, standing and waiting in the cafe no smile or expectations managed and no other customers being servedjust stood and ignoredeventually servednot a glimmer of a smile or greetingdrinks nothing special.although almost emptyTOLD drinks will be left on counter when readyno effort made at all on part of any staff to engagecame over as unfriendly bordering on hostile and clearly disinterestedgave the impression the role was beneath themwont visit againplenty of more customer centric cafes in Harrogate
