It the first time me and friend been, manager was lovely and friendly..we will going back in August to Harrogate and definitely be going for breakfast at Tily peppers keep up the good work..Will recommend to friends.. Parking: Only have a hour parking with parking card

A great little cafe near the centre of Harrogate- with lots of breakfast and lunch options including gluten free lunches and cakes! Friendly staff and owner who makes sure everyone is happy :)
