        After storm Otto, we lost some ridge tiles from the roof and a few broken tiles. I tried to call some roofers to fix it, but they were all busy, and, as it was the ridge tiles, there was a gaping hole in the roof, so it needed to be fixed. I went in to Howarths this morning knowing nothing about roofing. The staff in Howarths (both in the showroom, and in the yard) took the time to explain exactly what i needed and got everything i needed for me, and even gave me some useful tips on how to complete the job myself. It took about 3 hours to replace 3 ridge tiles and 6 roof tiles, but everything went smoothly, and its all thanks to Howarths. Thanks guys, it's really appreciated!

        Helpful staff and good products which are competitively priced. I am a retail customer and didnt know much but wasnt made to feel like I was a hassle.
