Today I said yes to dress I hadnt even thought I would choose and its all thanks to Jeanette! Honestly could not thank her enough for helping me with one of the biggest decision of my life, I could not have found my dress without her. Im so grateful for her patience and putting me at ease during my appointment. All the staff are so lovely and welcoming, the shop is absolutely beautiful and the wide range of dresses are amazing! My whole experience with the Harrogate Wedding Lounge was excellent. From the engagement before my appointment to find out the styles and designers I liked, to Jeanette on the day, who made us all feel comfortable and welcome. The dresses on offer are really high quality, and the show room is really nice. Definitely recommend for a special day

Having felt somewhat trepidatious about the whole process of wedding dress shopping I am so glad I went to The Harrogate Wedding Lounge yesterday. I had a lovely, un-rushed appointment with Jeanette. Having taken on board all my ideas and noting what I did not want, she skilfully guided me through HWLs extraordinary selection of designers and styles. She then helped me to try on a selection of dresses, including those I would not have considered for myself. This exercise really helped me to appreciate what suited me and my wedding. She has been entirely clear and honest about the process from here onwards and I cannot thank her enough.
