        Booked tyres in on the Wednesday for fitting today (Saturday). They are supposed to open at 8:30 but they didnt open until 8:40. They had not ordered the tyres in and had no booking on the system. Completely unprofessional

        I paid in advance and booked a time slot. Someone coming in off the street at the same time as I arrived had their car attended to before mine so I had to wait 30 mins before anything was done. What the point of an appointment system if you needlessly ignore your promise? It's disrespectful. I had two front tyres fitted just 3 or 4 days ago but according to the health report they are already 16% worn - I don't think so! The outside of the building looks derelict to be quite honest and the inside is not much better. To say the place is tired would be an understatement. - job no157/0001447

        Made a call to National Tyres Ripon Road they told me to pop down I was literally in and out within 30 minutes-next time the coffee is on me cheers guys
