Picked my bike up today. Exceptional service, assistance and they madeit feel special. A call out for Rob and Felix who guided me through the process, with ease. I cant fault the level of service I was provided, and looking forward to getting some miles on the bike to get it back for its first service.

I had a really positive experience with this store, both with my initial visit to choose a bike and during collection. I went to the store with a reasonable idea of what I wanted. The sales advisor (Joe) took time to find out what I wanted the E-bike for and what my level of experience was. The bike he recommended was absolutely perfect - I really love it! On collection, the advisor (Simon) took time to explain how everything worked and to make sure the bike was adjusted to a perfect fit for me. I highly recommend them for the customer service provided. Thanks!

Paid 80 for a service, my bike came out wrost than before, loose sit, loose screws, all rusty, unregulated gears... the staff told me that probably need a specific piece to fix the loose sit and he going to call me when he gets, he never called ...bike feels bad now, gona have to take to another service ... feels like paid 80 for nothing ... went back to complain the staff didn't care at all... never come even close to this shop again and would never recommend to anybody
