        From the first phone call enquiring about an e bike Tony was very professional and friendly and knew his stuff about e bikes. My wife made an appointment to go look and try a bike. The day of the appointment was extremely windy however she still went out for a test ride. Absolutely loved it needless to say bought the bike straight away. I went the following day and bought one too. Tony delivered both bikes for us and explained again how to get the most out of them. He has the patience of a saint! Today we went on a short ride 10 miles and throughly enjoyed it - we are hooked! Thank you Tony, can highly recommend getting an ebike off him! We should have donenit ages ago!

        The level of customer service here is excellent! Tony took me through everything on the bike and even took me out for a short ride to make sure I was completely happy before I bought it. I've had the bike for just over a month now and I'm really happy with it. Couldn't recommend this place any more highly!
