        Went in to ask about what to get for a sore in my mouth was told its all there on that shelf very abrupt and no help what so ever if I havent been in so much pain and discomfort I would have walked out will not be going in to boots again small chemists provide a much more helpful and compassionate service

        Excellent service, the pharmacy staff are the best for miles around, extremely pleasant and helpful. Always answer the phone too! If i have a query they are my go to pharmacy even though I have a more local store - not quite as helpful. The sales staff are all friendly, polite and professional too at Knaresborough Retail Park. One of the best Boots stores ever.
