First time getting a Hollywood wax and the experience was brilliant! Elaine was lovely and very professional asking about previous treatments etc. She explained everything she was going to do beforehand and I didnt feel awkward in the slightest. Elaine is absolutely fantastic. I am new to town, so I had troubles timing my way to the appointment as I live a little more out of Harrogate, and I have no idea how things work around here yet. Relying on google maps and public transport (I don't have a car atm) isn't exactly very reliable as I thought. Not only was she patient with me being late, but when I finally got there, she was quick, thorough, and focused. And, I have had a very stimulating conversation with her where I had the opportunity to hear some solid life lessons. When I say this is one of the best waxing services I have ever received, I mean it. I have lived in 4 different countries in very different parts of the world so I have tried a lot of different wax places.
