AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I was there recently to wax my eyebrows. The lady who did my eyebrows didn't speak English and didn't understand what I was requesting. The place smelled bad so she used some air freshers which was very bad. She started to wax my eyebrows but the wax was so hot that I felt like it was burning my skin so I tried explain to her but again she didn't understand. I was getting really anxious about my eyebrows. She started to do my other one which she waxed on the same spot at least 5 times. I told her it hurts and all she said sorry but keep waxing the same spot. I told her to stop. I got up payed and left. It was hurting so much and left a huge bruse under my eyebrows so I went back the next day to complain and she took her phone out to translate. She said sorry her wax is not good and it did the same on her face and other costumers. She didn't offer the money back nothing.... The worst place to go to!!! AVOID AT ANY COST!!!!!! Service: Waxing

I really wish I had read the reviews before entering but I didn't and unfortunately awful! I asked for waxing my eyebrows as always have them waxed but this lady was on the phone the whole time, the wax was on there was nothing I could do... she stayed on the phone the whole time which was very rude. She then proceeded to thread after waxing and didn't do this properly as she was still on the phone not a professional thing to do at all!! She then got the scissors which I didn't realise until she was trimming my eyebrows as the whole time I had my eyes shut. I just wanted to get out of there and never to return. 1 rule never be on the phone with a customer CONCENTATE on what you are doing and say "I'll call you back I have a customer" its very simple. Now wait for my eyebrows to grow back and go back to my lady that does an amazing job.
