Tried to book a bread trim and cut today (1/03/23). So decided to call up as checked online the day before (28/02/23), this offered several options and people with lots of time available today. I first tried around 10am no answer, so called 15 mins later answered by a person that must have been fairly new seemed very flustered as he could remember his logon details. Advised for advice on a bread trim, and looking for an appointment today nothing was available, contradicting their on booking system. Then went to say tomorrow (02/03/23) asked for times and just brushed me off saying go online and have a look there. I don't really call this service in any way and if this is the service you give sounds like I dodged a bullet.

Excellent haircut! And service. Great to be able to book and go on a Sunday. I saw Carl and he did a brilliant job, definitely be back and a great comp coffee too!

It doesn't get any better than this. I've been fortunate enough to frequent this iconic establishment for close to a year now and Barber & Mack have set the undisputed standard for what a respectable and sophisticated men's barbershop should be.
