        Terrible service. 30 min wait in a queue to get told you need to see someone else at the back of the bank, then to wait another 25 minutes to get a photo copy of your marriage certificate to then get told oh we have just changed your savings account not your main bank account , you can fill this form out and bring it back to us absolute waste of time Im thinking of changing my business bank and going somewhere else as customers service is everything!

        Been there now 3 times during regular banking hours and it's shut. No mention of it when checking Virgin Money branch opening times .

        If I could score zero I would - my company suffered a fraudulent transaction on July 24, 2019 - Yorkshire Bank have yet to make one call to us and have done NOTHING to help us resolve the case and recover the funds. Appalling service - they just don't care. AVOID!!
