        Halfords was not a good experience today. The shop was extremely quiet, with two staff stood near the tills. I asked where I would find the thing I was looking for and was directed to one aisle. After picking up the product I was soon back at the tills but no staff in sight. Where were they? Surely they knew I would not be browsing. I came in for that one item. After some minutes a member of staff appeared and sold me the item.
