Great service always called back straight away, if I needed an on site visit during or after the build it always happened the same day, very competitive rates, I would use them again in the future, down to earth advise, no Bull S**t

January of 2021 we met with Christopher Williams and decided to use him and Studio4 as our architect for our large house renovation. We made 2 payments to Studio4 and apart from submitting some plans for a driveway and taking measurements of our house, we have had nothing else over a year after our initial meeting. Christopher consistently lied to us before Christmas saying he had done the first set of plans for our house and at the end of January after almost 2 weeks of unanswered emails, text messages, voicemails and What's App messages he eventually got back to us admitting he hadn't even started the plans due to a heavy workload and illness! We have now wasted an entire year of our time and Christopher has only offered us as he puts it a "good will gesture" of 375 from the 1462 we have paid him. We have responded to this email saying this isn't sufficient for the lack of work and time wasted and as usual he has not even had the decency to reply! We have recently discovered that Studio4 Architecture's advertised business address on their website is empty and up for rent! UPDATE - Over 4 weeks now since emailing Christopher and still no response or money even though he hasnt fulfilled the agreement he was paid for. Weve tried calling him and again no response. DO NOT USE STUDIO4 ARCHITECTURE!
