If you want professional, down to earth, practical advice and help with your finances - Wild & Co are the place to go. Over the last five years, Wild & Co Chartered Accountants have helped me develop and grow my business. Like a partner to the business, they're always on hand to help with any questions that I have and can turn some of the most complex financial reports into something that is easy to understand. I'd have no problem in recommending Wild & Co to any other business.

My business partner and I had an absolutely dreadful experience of this firm whilst establishing our small business. They set up a system which resulted in us- in the words of another accountant we consulted- 'haemorrhaging money'. Another described it as simply 'mad'. We have learned that the system was unnecessarily complex. It was impossible for us to to manage day-to-day, resulting in Wild & Co recommending we take on a book keeper- a cost we could ill-afford at that stage of our business's development. They even joked that 'it was a good job we had a book keeper' which I regard as extremely tactless given that our predicament was of their making. There was a sense that Wild & Co failed to understand our needs and, as we identified gaps and failings in the system they had set up, struggled to admit this and start again. Since we have switched to another accountant, there has been a lack of cooperation with the handover and, at times, even outright denial that they were ever in possession of information that we can evidence we had provided them with. In summary, Wild & Co wasted huge amounts of our time, caused us a great deal of stress and wasted a significant chunk of our budget at a vulnerable time for our business. I am not in the habit of writing negative reviews but, given the magnitude of the negative impact they had on us, feel compelled to warn others setting up a small business.

Using the latest software, understanding your business objectives and just being well normal makes them a delight to work with. Switching accountants can be tricky, but do it, you will be glad you did.
