    Elusive Glazing more like! Awful company. No morals or business ethics. Breach of contract and bully boy tactics. I'm struggling to see how this company has such a high rating, unless it's been rated by staff and owners or paid reviewers. Look further into reviews and there are others who have found similar to me. My experience with Exclusive Glazing has damaged my faith in any reviews and indeed of tradesmen. The salesman was excellent, but his job it to take my money, so it would fall down if the salesman did a bad job. I was told a surveyor would call the following working day. No attempt to contact me was made, for two weeks. I contacted them and received the bullish tones of Steve Hackney, clearly someone who punches first and doesn't even bother with facts. In the end I spoke to Ed Watts, he at least has the intellect to know that sometimes it's better to sweet talk a customer, rather than to bully them. He made promises to install part before Christmas 2020 and the other part shortly after Christmas and guess what... Two months later and I'd not heard a word from the company. Not even a courtesy email to explain the delay. I wrote them an email to which I received a phone call, from Ed Watts again. He was courteous while also being defensive. I pointed out very clearly my issue with the total lack of any customer service. He told me my windows should arrive in the next couple of weeks. 3 weeks later, no phone call, no email, no contact. So I chased them again. Miraculously I'm offered an installation date, I'm deeply suspicious that my goods are in stock as I wasn't contacted by the company, they responded to my enquiry. They've defaulted on every promise they've made. Recently they've made demands of full payment, in spite of the fact that the written contract states that payment will be made upon completion of instalation. They have refused to fit my Glazing and refused a refund. Breach of contract and bully boy tactics I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole, regardless of the quality of the product. . The contract is clear, yet the company doesn't stick to it. Feb 2022: Still no refund and no attempt to resolve the matter by the company. Feb 2023: Still waiting....

    i have wonderful new windows, fitted by the team at exclusive glazing. it was a really cold day for the install and my old windows were reluctant to leave, nonetheless my house was left clean after fitting. a very hard working team and a pleasure to deal with at all levels. .they did exactly what they said they would and the install date was earlier than expected. Service: Window installation

    First and foremost, I dont want this to come across as slating the company. I only intend to give an account of what I have experienced so others can decide if this is a company they would like to use. If all goes well then Im sure youll have a great experience, however, should you face any issues then its likely your experience will be like mine. I placed my order for 6 windows on 06/01/22 when the windows arrived about 3 months later they were not the windows I had agreed open signing and making the deposit, rather than an apology I was greeted with how can we get the windows installed and also these windows where ordered for my benefit even though I was not informed. I flat out refused the windows, so a new order had to placed for the actual windows I agreed to, this took me till the end of August when my windows arrived so in the end, I waited over 7 months before my windows were installed. During this time, I had to chase up Exclusive Glazing (EG) for updates and even the window company as EG wasnt the best at relaying updates. Even after going through countless confirmation on the specification of the windows low and behold the window stoppers where not on the window, speaking with Ed he reassured me that he would look into this, up to this day nothing, my windows still have no stopper lock and I dont see EG doing the right thing and resolving this. Ill have to hire another company to rectify this. Through all this I would say that the gents who fitted the windows did a good job and were very professional. Would take the fitters but not the company. Service: Window installation
