I had occasion to contact Securitatem regarding two of my Hikvision cameras, that Securitatem had installed, they had suffered water ingress, despite their being described as weatherproof. There was noticeable haze and condensation thus making the CCTV images very unclear. I contacted Securitatem who immediately booked an engineer to investigate the problem which resulted in the cameras being replaced by Securitatem, at their own expense because the cameras were out of warranty. I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer care but less impressed with Hikvision, supposedly market leaders but won't acknowledge their bad design faults, I thought they'd be 'bigger' than that. In my experience with security companies I can say without hesitation that Securitatem are my first call with any of my security concerns and requirements, now and in the future, thank you Securitatem.
