        Signed up with this company for my restaurant. Lisa Casey has got to be one of the most rudest customer service agents I have ever dealt with in my whole life. Apart from a delayed service from this company promising bins out to me on Thursday and then no one even bothered to call me to let me know that the bins wont actually be delivered on Thursday when I sat by the door waiting for them all day. Going back to Lisa Casey she is rude,obnoxious , abrupt and just simply vile to deal with. No manners whatsoever and talks above the customer and theres no apologies for anything just sheer rudeness. Service: Trash removal & disposal

        I am specifically disappointed in one of the drivers covered in tattoos with short ginger hair, he was arrogant and very rude, I will not being using this service EVER again! I was shocked with the words he used, I suggest no one ever uses this service as I am absolutely appalled, not just the rudeness that got me but also the state of this mans driving, he was cutting people up and driving like a lunatic! Horrified! Terrible experience, NEVER AGAIN!
