Highly recommend - I have had an absolute nightmare in the last few days, with severe pain and Lucy has been an absolute lifesaver. We spoke on the phone and I gave her a brief description of the problem, we agreed an appointment time and date - with that, make I add she offered to be there in the interim if I needed any advice which I found so comforting to know. I had never had any problems with my ears previously and Lucy went above and beyond about the whole process! Constant reassurance, continued professionalism throughout and a top tier service.
