I took my sewing machine in for a service &repair and was told the machine had seized & could not be repaired. I purchased an expensive new machine following the engineers A second opinion, some time later, completed a service & replaced a 30 part. The machine tuns perfectly. I will not be trusting BSK to service or repair my machines again

Amazing service , helpful staff who call back when they say that they will ! I think the lady I spoke to was called Denise. She found the needles for my babylock !

Prebooked appointment to try an overlocker. The lady was patient with me and nothing was too much trouble. Shopped with BSK before, so was the only place for me to go. Would recommend the service, and quality of items.
