This was the longest we had ever left Arthur and the first time at Glassthorpe, as his usual Doggy Hotel was fully booked. We really like the way Lottie does a 2 hour induction prior to the stay - it shows how much she wants to know your dog and Arthur loved the cooked chicken treats! When he returned for his two week stay he settled in quickly, which is good as he does have separation anxiety. We received video and photos of Arthur during his stay and he came home very happy and settled straight back into his routine, albeit with out his walks due to the heat wave. Lottie got to know Arthur well and although he was so excited to see us when we collected him, particularly his dad, he ran back to see Lottie. Friends for life! We highly recommend Glassthorpe Dog Hotel and you can enjoy your holiday with peace of mind.

Lovely experience from start to finish, they looked after our dogs for 3 days. Clearly very experienced and caring dog people, everyone we dealt with were professional and helpful. It was a big weight off our minds knowing our dogs were in safe hands while we were away. 10/10 definitely recommended and next time we are away my dogs will be staying here again. Thank you so much.

No interest in new customers or any idea on how to cultivate a relationship with them. Enquired about a number of dates throughout the year. No interest in suggesting how long in advance to book etc.
