Attractive housing development. In a hard water area though need to get a Kinetico water softener to solve that problem.

It seems that Bloor need to up their "customer friendly" systems! They seem VERY disorganised sadly - lovely homes but poor performance IMHO.

Our daughter bought her first house there and everyone was lovely now the aftercare is appalling nobody to help nobody takes responsibility how things change

Absolutely shocking, could not say anymore please do your research before buying here, have lived here for 2 years in our first home, the sales team promise you everything and as soon as you move in they want nothing to do with you, dont reply or help with anything the builder couldnt care less about helping and dont ever seem to know whats even going on, and they change ALL the time have had 6 sight mangers since I lived here and as for Nichola who the after care team and the ONLY person you can talk too about getting help. Is the most rude, patronising horrible person I have ever dealt with I have asked for 1 thing since moving in and she still has not sorted anything, not really sure why they have 5* rating everywhere when not one person would rate this who lives here at 5* Avoid at all cost

I have regularly visited my sister at this development since she moved in last year. She tells me about the horror stories associated with the on site team who have failed to deliver on a number of promises, absolve themselves of any responsibility where possible, lack any reasonable communication streams, and most worryingly have shown no signs of improvement. There have been reports of frequent burst pipes, leaks, scratched windows, broken fences, fuse-board related electrical fires, creaky floorboards, parking issues (probably due to a lack of any formal signage), poorly insulated homes (draughts), and the list goes on. My sister is too afraid to post a review herself as she feels she will be negatively impacted as a result, where she has already been subject to sarcastic, unhelpful and aggressive conversations from one particular Bloor site staff member. It's all smiles and niceties until they have received your money, at which point it sounds as if it is goodbye.... leaving my poor sister with a shocking 1st home buying experience. On the other hand she does mention that there have been helpful people at something called 'customer care', which could be Bloor HQ. Conclusion: - 5 star builders? Only if the scale is out of 10. - Avoid this builder if quality and honesty is important to you.
