        I'd have given no stars if this was possible. Honestly the worst surgery I've ever had to deal with. The reception staff make no attempt to help you, the answer is always "no". They make you feel so unwelcome and make you feel like everything is your fault despite it usually being THEIR fault. They take NO responsibility for their actions and they never apologise. Don't even bother asking for an appointment- the answer is always no, even if you ask for one weeks in advance. The GPs are ok but often make promises that they'll get you an appointment and then they never do, which leaves you back with reception who honestly wouldn't care if you died in front of them. You'd just be another inconvenience for them to deal with. DO NOT USE THIS SURGERY.

        This is the worst surgery in Bolton woman behind the reception couldn't care less about your condition I handed my prescription in a month before today and they haven't even sent it too the pharmacy this place is a death centre
