        I've been doing Zumba now for four years with angels dance and fitness.The dance teachers are brilliant .Ive had a stressful day today...I have a 21 year with autism and learning difficulties whose been in meltdown for most of the day so really needed my Zumba fix, Angels is like a big family we all look out for each other,it's like a night out without the alcohol ,Fab way to socialize and make new friends .brilliant class tonight
