Highly recommended! My baby and I recently started Vicki's Baby Yoga course and love it. Vicki creates a warm and welcoming environment, and paces the class perfectly, with a good balance of exercises for baby and exercises for mom. Vicki is not only an experienced yoga teacher, but clearly loves babies as well - the highlight of each class (for mom) may be at the end where Vicki entertains all the babies and the moms have a chance to relax ;-) As an added bonus....our attendance at the class guarantees a good, long nap for my baby!

I did Baby's Yoga course the class is a lovely way to take some time out and spend some one to one time bonding with your baby. The environment was really relaxing for both me and my baby son, and has taught me some lovely techniques that I can take away and do at home. My baby son really enjoy the class too not just doing the exercises but meeting other babies and playing. Vicki is a great yoga teacher she is friendly and really good with babies. Thank you Vicki I will definitely attend again if there is another suitable class for me xx

Vicki is such a brilliant yoga teacher! Her pregnancy yoga classes are relaxed, friendly and all the positions are so helpful in preparing for labour. I am enjoying the classes so much and am looking forward to taking my baby to her baby yoga classes too!
